TERMS OF SERVICE
Introducing our services, you agree to these terms.
Services NYC Scale Services provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, AI search optimization, Google Ads management, social media management, website design, graphic design, and related services. Specific deliverables and scope are determined on a per-client basis.
Payments & Billing Monthly service plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. One-time services are billed upon agreement before work begins. All invoices are sent manually and payment is expected within 14 days of receipt. Setup fees are non-refundable and due before work begins.
Google Ads Spend For clients using our Google Ads management service, all advertising spend is paid directly by the client to Google. NYC Scale Services charges a separate management fee and is not responsible for ad spend costs.
Cancellation All monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Clients may cancel with 30 days written notice. After cancellation, services will continue through the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable.
Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing timely access to accounts, assets, and approvals needed to perform services. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
Intellectual Property All final deliverables (logos, graphics, website designs, etc.) become the property of the client upon full payment. NYC Scale Services reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability NYC Scale Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific results such as search rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue increases, as these depend on many external factors.
Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Monthly Plans All monthly plans (Foundation, Growth, Scale) are month-to-month. You may cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. After notice is given, your services will continue through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Setup Fees All setup fees are non-refundable. These cover the initial onboarding, account setup, strategy development, and first-month preparation required to launch your campaigns.
One-Time Services For one-time services (website creation, logo design, business card design, etc.), a deposit of 50% is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Refunds on one-time services are only available if work has not yet started. Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued.
Google Ads Spend Any money spent on Google Ads is paid directly to Google by the client and is not refundable by NYC Scale Services. Our management fee is separate and follows the standard monthly plan cancellation terms.
How to Cancel To cancel your plan, email us at nycscaleservices@gmail.com with 30 days notice. We'll confirm your cancellation and final billing date.

We do not collect payment card information directly — all invoicing is handled manually.

Information Sharing We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who assist in delivering our services (such as email platforms), but only as needed to perform those services.
Website Analytics Our website may use analytics tools to understand visitor behavior. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
Data Security We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
